We check your domain regularly and grade a number of independent signals. Some are automatic security and reputation checks that run on every plan; others (malware scanning and human business verification) are part of Trust+. Your badge shows the checks that pass, and the report in your dashboard shows exactly where you can improve.
Recommendations are prioritised: Action needed means something is actively hurting trust, Recommended is a meaningful improvement, and Optional is extra polish that earns a little more.
