Install the badge on Wix

Wix supports custom code through its site settings, so the badge can be added without touching your design. Note that custom code requires a Wix premium plan with a connected domain.

Your personal badge code is in your dashboard under Domains, Get code.

Open custom code settings

From your Wix dashboard, go to "Settings" and choose "Custom code" (under Advanced).

Add a new code snippet

Click "+ Add Custom Code", paste your badge code from the TrustedOrigin dashboard, and give it a name like "TrustedOrigin badge".

Choose where it loads

Set "Add Code to Pages" to "All pages", and under "Place Code in" choose "Body - end". Click "Apply".

Check your site

Publish if prompted and open your website in a new tab. The Trust Badge should appear near the bottom of the page.

Badge not showing?

  • If your site uses a caching system or CDN, purge the cache after adding the code.
  • Make sure the code sits before the closing body tag and was not altered by an editor.
  • Confirm your subscription is active for this domain in your dashboard.
